There is not one session that you will find your body moving the same as it is such and should be so within every day that you wake and roll out of bed. While we like to be on the cutting edge, we believe there is a difference between trend and innovation and that it’s our job to figure out which is which. Who are you?

Jake Duhon has been in the fitness industry for the past 13 years as a personal trainer and the past 7 years as an educator. His educational background is in Sports Management with certification through Personal Training Academy Global (PTA Global) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with specialization in performance enhancement and corrective exercise. Jake is currently a faculty member for PTA Global, ViPR Global Master Trainer, a contributing author for PT on the Net, fitness consultant and Founder/Program Director of MoveFree™.
We firmly believe that any person can have the ability to move if they so choose. Because of this approach to movement training the team at MoveFree™ has designed movement training programs to accommodate any person, any goal, any ability. From MoveFree™ Kids at age 4 to MoveFree™ Seniors we mobilize, strengthen and challenge people closer to their movement goals. Always have, always will.
MoveFree™ is one of the first completely movement-based workout programs in the world. With innovative & cutting edge applications you won’t find another workout like ours in the city…unless we trained them!

Movement training is a new concept combining the old with the new. We are all familiar with strength training in the gym environment and have experienced or seen from a distance the excitement and energy of Group Exercise classes. MoveFree™ brings you the best of both worlds. As you combine load (resistance) and movement at the same time your body will respond very differently and we’re pretty sure that you are going to like it!
A MoveFree™ workout is much more than reaching goals, any workout that is performed consistently will show signs of Weight Loss, LBM Gain, Wellness and more. We want movement training to be something that you learn from, explore & use not just in your workout but in everyday life your body is naturally designed to do. In 2011, MOVEFREE® became pioneers of the movement towards the development of conditioning programs emphasizing a need for greater movement ability by launching the first movement focused group fitness program dedicated to enhancing the experience of each individual, further enhancing overall movement efficiency while achieving lifestyle, fitness & performance related goals. This quickly grew into a global brand that is taking hold in areas all over the world as movement practitioners begin to understand and implement a smarter way to condition people within their communities. At MOVEFREE® we develop and implement the most innovative, smart and effective movement training programs in the world. Our development and program design is driven by the most cutting-edge research available with collaboration from global fitness professionals who are truly passionate about human design and function.
