  • A MoveFree™ Coach will listen, observe and guide you to your fitness goals with smart, simple and rewarding outdoor workouts.
  • Using your body and additional weighted equipment, a MoveFree™ Outdoor workout combines “daily movement with resistance training” through full-body exercises.

Unlike boot camps, our Movement Training™ programs are safe and effective, challenging you with alternating movements, geared for both traditional and challenging styles. Traditional boot camp programs rely on repetitive movements, which are more likely to cause injury. Working out outside, we bring together loaded and unloaded Movement Training™ to create dynamic and safe fitness.
